My website issues have been resolved! I was exceeding my memory limit, but my web host kindly increased it, allowing me to edit and post once again. I’m grateful for their assistance. A friend recommended a web design company, but that’s not in my budget at the moment, and I’m genuinely satisfied with my current host. I do appreciate all the help I’ve received from both my friends and the web host.
Additionally, someone is scheduled to come by today to repair the leaking swamp cooler. I’m expecting a call from Kel before they arrive, as I wouldn’t be able to hear them knocking. I’d also prefer to keep Merlin inside while the repairs are happening; it’s quite warm outside, and he could use some time indoors anyway. Although Merlin loves being outdoors, the shade offers him some relief from the heat.
It seems today marks the first day of summer. The temperature has reached 90 degrees, accompanied by a warm breeze. The sun was shining, but now clouds are rolling in. So far, no one has arrived to fix the swamp cooler, and I hope they show up soon—we definitely need that resolved.
I’m currently working on JavaScript algorithms and data structures, and I’m really enjoying the experience. However, because these questions are presented as word problems, I sometimes struggle to grasp what is being asked of me. I often need to read the problems several times and break them down further before I start coding. Despite this, I’m still having a great time with programming.
Kel went to the city with Tommy today to take Chris shopping. Tommy will be finishing work soon. Meanwhile, I’m wrapping up my day of coding and treating myself to a cup of matcha tea. We don’t have any specific plans for tomorrow, but perhaps we can work on my desk. The weather is warm enough to stain it. On Sunday, we’re heading over to our friends’ house for some gaming and swimming.
Also, tomorrow Lexi is going to spend the night at a friend’s house. They plan to go shopping and make pizzas together. It’s a BYOC party—Bring Your Own Cheese! Since her friend is allergic to dairy, everyone will be bringing their own cheese for their pizzas. How cute!
