Today, some are particularly vocal, which I find quite amusing. I’ve been coding for a few hours now, working on a new project – an RPG game. This is going to be fun. I appreciate the opportunity to work with HTML alongside JavaScript.
O’Malley is currently sleeping in Mimi’s bed, so she keeps coming in and out of the office to check if he has left yet. It’s entertaining to watch. Overall, I’m having a productive day and managing to maintain my focus on coding, despite the distractions from the animals.
Kevin and I had always wanted to visit London during our time in Germany. It always seemed just beyond our grasp, whether it was a lack of time or financial constraints that held us back. Life continuously intervened.
However, I am finally heading to London for the first time. It feels somewhat surreal. While I’m experiencing a flutter of nerves as travel often induces, I’m also filled with some excitement. I recently watched a video featuring a group that spent six hours at the Harry Potter attraction. Although I doubt we’ll have that much time to devote to it, it certainly looks like an enjoyable experience.
The next perfume I want is Neon Beach. I recently ran out of the sample I had, which has a nice grapefruit scent. I enjoy citrus fragrances. One of my favorites is a body spray that smells like oranges. Unfortunately, I don’t think Bath and Body Works carries it anymore, as they tend to rotate their scents frequently. However, I just discovered that Walmart sells Bath and Body Works products, which is so cool! While they may not have the latest products, they do carry some older scents that aren’t available on the Bath and Body Works website anymore. That’s quite interesting!
Now, enough procrastination. I often find myself doing that when I encounter a roadblock in my coding. Time to get back to coding! Oh, Mimi has her bed back and is sleeping. O’Malley is sleeping under Tommy’s desk. Alright, back to coding now.
Lexi and her friend just arrived, saying there was nothing left to do in town, which is why they came over here. They’re not interested in heading to the city, as there likely isn’t much to do there either. The cats were napping, but Alex woke them up to introduce them to Lexi’s friend.
I still haven’t eaten anything yet, and I should probably find something to eat. I’m just not sure what I’m in the mood for. I’ll be back after I check the kitchen for food.
I was just on the phone rescheduling Lexi’s doctor appointment that was originally set for July, which conflicts with our trip. I moved it to August on a Thursday. The following Friday, she has a dentist appointment at the same location. Due to the insurance policy, she can’t have both appointments on the same day because it would be considered a conflict of interest, and they wouldn’t cover one of them. It seems insurance companies like to make things complicated, but that’s the way it is.
Today, I tackled the laundry. I had done a load about a week ago, and I only put those clothes away yesterday. I plan to put away the laundry I completed today later on. Hopefully today, since I’d like it to be put away before I pack this weekend. Additionally, I’m going to make myself some tea. I’m getting accustomed to using my gaming mouse for regular computer tasks, and now I need to adjust to using it during gameplay. I’ll focus on that later.
My new gaming mouse.
